Globally, Skill Development leading to livelihood is a key area where a large chunk of CSR funding is spent. This tends to be a popular choice with donors as the impact is visible much faster as compared to other areas that compete for CSR funding! Beneficiaries end up getting well-paying jobs within a few months post-training completion.

We work in partnership with Corporates and Foundations to implement skill development projects in the US, UK, Germany, and India.

As a Collaborating partner, CG6 plays the role of an implementation agency and is responsible for the mobilization of trainees from the target beneficiary group, end to end delivery of the training program, and linkages with employers for the placement of the trainees.
