  •  Time is of the Essence! We have a TAT defined for all the requirement and we achieve this by keeping the supply up and running. We train multiple cohorts every month across different technologies, that provide us access to a reliable pipeline of skilled talent throughout the year on demand.

  • Retention is the Key! We help our clients recruit candidates for whom the job is aspirational, and this ensures a commitment/loyalty! We also recommend/consult if the candidate is better suited for “rule based” or “judgement based” jobs, resulting in reduced attrition and better performance.

  •  We mutually agree with our Client on the “acceptable gap” in the current skill level of the candidate that can be bridged via training

  •  We agree with our Client on the curriculum and the duration of training

  •  We source candidates as per the agreed criteria, who undergo a selection process to check on their current skill levels. The ones that clear the selection process are hired by the Client as employees. This entire process can be run virtually

  •  We train these hired employees as per the mutually agreed training plan with our Client. Training can be done virtually or in class rooms or in the blended mode

  •  Post successful completion of training, these employees get deployed on projects

  •  We are compensated by our Client for our Sourcing and Training efforts

  • We mutually agree with our Client on the “acceptable gap” in the current skill level of the candidate that can be bridged via training

  •  We agree with our Client on the curriculum and the duration of training

  •  We source candidates as per the agreed criteria, who undergo a selection process to check on their current skill levels

  •  The ones that clear the selection process are issued an “Expression of Interest (EOI)” by our Client. The EOI implies that if a candidate completes the training successfully, then she/he will be hired by the Client as employees on their payroll at the role and compensation mentioned in the EOI. This entire process can be run virtually

  •  For freshers, a stipend can be paid during the training cycle. This is discretionary

  •  For experienced professionals, they will be hired on contract by us and paid a salary during training that is normally the same as their current salary. Salary post training, when they join on the Client payroll, is negotiated during the sourcing cycle itself and is within a range provided by the Client

  •  We train these selected candidates as per the mutually agreed training plan with our Client. Training can be done virtually or in class rooms or in the blended mode

  •  Post successful completion of training, these candidates get hired by our Client and get deployed on projects or undergo further training (specific to project)

  •  We are compensated by our Client for our Sourcing and Training efforts and also for the payroll charges during the training period

Hire, Train, Deploy (HTD)

  • We mutually agree with our Client(s) on the “acceptable gap” in the current skill level of the candidate that can be bridged via training. We could look at multiple clients for a tech stack/job description

  •  We agree with our Client(s) on the curriculum and the duration of training

  •  We source candidates as per the agreed criteria, who undergo a selection process to check on their current skill levels

  •  The ones that clear the selection process are hired on our payroll. This entire process can be run virtually

  • Freshers are paid a stipend during the training cycle

  •  Experienced professionals are paid a salary during the training cycle

  •  We train these selected candidates as per the mutually agreed training plan with our Client(s). Training can be done virtually or in class rooms or in the blended mode

  •  Post successful completion of training, these candidates get deployed on our Client(s) projects as Consultants for a period of 6 - 24 months. This period (“Lock- In” Period) is agreed with our Client(s) at the outset and during which they remain our employees.

  •  We bill our Client(s) on a monthly basis for these Consultants on a mutually agreed upon rate which covers our efforts
